We offer two convenient shipping methods:

- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate of $12.95
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders totaling $50 or more
International Customers: Please note that customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
- 15-day return window from date of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Disposable products (litter boxes, liners, etc.)
- Opened food products (dry food, chunks in gravy, flaked formulas)
- Used filters & pumps for fountains & waterers
How to Return an Item

- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

Refund Process

Damaged or Defective Items
